Public Service Announcements

ESPN Madison is dedicated to helping our community and supporting events, causes, and notices to our fans and listeners. In order to effectively manage the many Public Service Announcements (PSA's) we receive, we will only air those that have been submitted using the following form. Although we would like to air every PSA we receive, it sometimes may not happen for a variety of reasons. ESPN Madison will do our best to air as many PSA's as possible, but please realize that PSA's are given the remaining commercial inventory allotted each day (and some days there may be none). For that reason, we are unable to show a record of air times, nor predict how many times it will air.

Please fill out the form completely. We ask that you upload thirty second copy in the form of a recognizable document type (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpeg). Copy should be written as it will be recorded on-air in no more than thirty seconds of normal voicing. If you have a PSA that has already been produced and cut down to thirty seconds, you may upload that file as a .mp3 file type. ESPN Madison will have the sole discretion to determine whether or not a submitted commercial is considered a PSA. ESPN Madison considers PSA's to be of value to the wellness of the community, including, but not limited to: charitable causes, fundraising efforts, health and wellness information, and community events.

ESPN Madison reserves the right to reject any material received, including without limitation, a right to reject for unsatisfactory technical quality.
